Roland Hermosen’s journey in the hospitality industry began at Radisson Blu Aruba in 2022, where he started as the Assistant Front Desk Manager. Recently promoted to the position of Rooms Division Manager, Roland’s rise within Radisson Blu Aruba showcases a remarkable story of achievement.

In his previous role, Roland displayed exceptional leadership in guest services, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences while addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and precision. In his new capacity, Roland Hermosen oversees critical aspects of the hotel’s operations, including reservations, front desk operations, and coordination with housekeeping.
