Celebrating a Milestone: British Airways Commemorates One Year of Service to Aruba

Aruba is buzzing with excitement as we commemorate the one-year anniversary of the inaugural flight from London Gatwick to our sunny shores by British Airways. The occasion was marked with great enthusiasm as Tirso Tromp, Area Director for Europe, joined forces with Joanna Walding from ATA UK in London for a productive update and planning meeting. Together, they discussed strategies with the newly appointed UK PR agency LOTUS and the UK’s media agency to further enhance our partnership and connectivity.

In the spirit of celebration, a delightful cake was sent to various key locations, including the British Airways office at London Heathrow, the British Airways Holidays office at London Gatwick, and the BA call center. This gesture not only symbolizes our appreciation but also signifies the strong bond between British Airways and Aruba as we continue to soar to new heights together.
