Successful West Coast Sales Journey Organized by Aruba Convention Bureau

Aruba Convention Bureau (ACB) orchestrated a series of client engagements aimed at showcasing Aruba as an ideal destination for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) business on the West Coast.

The week-long journey commenced with a Happy Hour event hosting American Express Meetings & Events, followed by a visit to the HPN Global headquarters. Client luncheons were then held in Scottsdale, Arizona; Irvine, California; and Denver, Colorado.

The initiative targeted the West Coast market to enhance Aruba’s visibility as a premier incentive destination. Feedback from the meetings was exceptionally positive, with attendees expressing keen interest in Aruba for their MICE-focused clients.

Key Aruba partners, including Mark DiMartino and Angie Naehu from Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, participated in the journey. Overall, the trip reinforced the robust business relationships and the increasing demand for Aruba as a preferred choice for MICE events.

The week provided valuable opportunities for meaningful interactions with premier clients from renowned companies such as American Express Meetings & Events, HPN Global, Global Cynergies, EPIC International Meetings, Lynette Owens & Associates, Prestige Global Meetings, BI Worldwide, JNR Incorporated, Quest Software, and Conference Direct.
