La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino Honors Outstanding Achievements

La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino recently celebrated the accomplishments of their high-performing associates in a special event held every quarter. These gatherings, marked by appreciation for hard work and dedication, serve as a testament to the resort’s core values. Hosted in the ballroom with delicious meals, the event brought together award nominees and management.

The lively celebration for the third quarter, orchestrated by the Human Resources and Food & Beverage teams, created a memorable afternoon for all attendees. The event recognized associates of the month for July, August, and September, along with Supervisors and the Team of the Quarter for 2023.

Management expressed gratitude and encouragement to all nominees and their department heads. Notable winners included Sheryll D’Arsie (PBX), Rowald Vasquez (Bell Services), and Daphne Wouters (Front Office), among others from various departments.

The Supervisor of the Third Quarter award went to Juan Marquez (Housekeeping), while the diligent Pool & Beach department secured the Team of the Quarter title.

Winners received plaques, dinner vouchers, reward stars, and cash gifts, while nominees received certificates and reward stars. The winning team received funds for a group activity. General Manager Joe Najjar shared inspiring words, thanking associates for their dedication and contribution to the resort’s success.
