De Palm Tours Celebrates 1st Quarter Milestones and Honors Hardworking Team Members

De Palm Tours, the leading tour company in Aruba, celebrated the first quarter of 2023 by recognizing Team Members for their commitment and honoring anniversaries. The ceremony took place at the Boulevard Events Aruba and was attended by all honored and recognized Team Members, the CEO, department heads, and the People Department.

During the ceremony, De Palm Tours honored Team Members who have worked for the company for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years. In addition, the CEO gave a heartfelt message expressing his gratitude and appreciation for the hard work and dedication of all team members, highlighting the significant impact they have had on the company’s success. Nine exceptional team members were recognized for their contributions to De Palm Tours’ success, as well as their commitment to offering top-notch service to visitors. The event was a reflection of De Palm Tours’ culture of gratitude and appreciation for its Team Members, demonstrating that they are an integral part of the company’s continued success.
