The grand event unfolded in the Morris Lapidus Grand Ballroom, acknowledging the dedication and sacrifices made by these individuals who have devoted three decades or more to the hotel industry.

Glenn Farro, the resort’s HR Director and a 37-year veteran, shared profound insights into the significance of such long-term service, emphasizing the sacrifices of working during weekends, nights, and holidays. General Manager Larry Tuck fondly reminisced about the passion shown by hospitality professionals, warmly congratulating the honored team members.
Valeria Nowotny, Vice President of Operations for the region, conveyed congratulations through a video message on behalf of Hilton’s divisions. The celebration featured a delectable seasonal menu and revisited the resort’s history, tracing its journey to its present upscale status as the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino.
Team members’ milestone achievements were spotlighted through their old work-book photos, drawing thunderous applause. Recognition certificates and gifts were presented to each member, appreciating their exceptional dedication.

The resort’s sustainability efforts were evident through a successful Clothing Drive promoting reuse and reducing waste. The event saw team members exchanging gently worn clothing items, fostering a culture of sharing among peers.

Continuing its commitment to sustainability, the resort, in partnership with Avis/Budget/Payless and Dynaf, unveiled the first public electric vehicle charging station in Aruba.
