Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba continues its heartfelt commitment to the community and vibrant residency programs, showcasing a dedication to giving back and hosting esteemed guests.

Happy Holidays Donation Box

As part of its Do-Good Program, Boardwalk introduces a dedicated Happy Holidays Donation Box in its lobby throughout December. Guests are invited to donate unopened food items, toys, school supplies, and books, contributing to the hotel’s community support initiatives. All collected donations are distributed to Aruba’s food bank and Imeldahof. Additionally, the hotel maintains a year-round donation box, offering guests an opportunity to contribute items they cannot take upon check-out, further supporting community endeavors.

Aruba Open 2023

Boardwalk Boutique Hotel proudly welcomed Antomi Ramos, a two-time world champion beach tennis player, during the Aruba Open 2023 in November. Ramos, representing Brazil, found solace and relaxation at Boardwalk before his matches. While Ramos expressed his enthusiasm for the tournament and the island’s unique vibe, he, unfortunately, didn’t progress beyond the quarter-finals in singles and men’s doubles. However, he praised Boardwalk as one of his best hotel experiences.

Residency Program Highlights

Continuing its successful social media & content creator residency program, Boardwalk hosted Guido Balestrelli and Agustina Grosso, professional content creators from Argentina. Initially scheduled for a month-long stay, their captivating content and talent led to an extension to work on additional projects, including a new hotel video slated for release in early 2024. Their residency showcased various experiences at Boardwalk, shared across social platforms and the official Aruba Tourism Authority account in Latin America. The couple’s experiences in Aruba, including diving, snorkeling, kitesurfing, and savoring local delights, garnered attention in Argentina and brought a fresh perspective on Aruba to their followers. Trisha Reinkemeyer, Boardwalk’s Marketing & Guest Experiences Assistant Manager, expressed gratitude for their contribution and eagerly anticipates their aftermovie, set to feature on Boardwalk’s website and YouTube channel soon.
