Aruba’s Strategic Training Drive in the UK

With the peak season around the corner, it was time to focus on the heavy hitters in the UK market! In November, Graham Hawkins, ATA-UK Sales Manager, conducted sales training at the British Airways Avios call centre. Additionally, he hosted multiple webinar training sessions with Hays Travel, the UK’s largest independent retail network, and Lime via the Travel Gossip online platform, the leading flight consolidator for British Airways.

The training sessions covered insights about the destination while also promoting the November and December agent booking incentives, aiming to stimulate bookings in the final months of the year for travel in 2024.
