Aruba’s Impact at FICP’s “Beyond the Horizon” Conference

The Financial & Insurance Conference Planners (FICP) Annual Conference, gathering 700 North American buyers and suppliers, focused on exploring “Beyond the Horizon” innovations and trends within the hospitality industry. Emphasizing quality educational sessions and extensive networking opportunities, the event facilitated interactions between buyers and suppliers.

Key achievements from the conference included securing notable leads such as Shelter Insurance (350 room nights in Feb 2025) and Blue Cross Blue Shield (600 room nights in April 2026).

A standout session spotlighted the increasing role of Artificial Intelligence and Chat GPT in the industry. Demonstrations illustrated their applications in contract negotiations, event registrations, virtual reality site inspections, session descriptions, evaluation analyses, and personalized guest services at hotels, among others. Exploring the integration of these tools into our plans is deemed crucial.
