The Aruba Open Championship began modestly over a decade ago but has since transformed into an international sporting sensation. Now, the event attracts over 1200 participants from 40 countries. These elite athletes come to Aruba in pursuit of one of the highest prize monies in beach tennis. And with the roaring crowd and pulsating beats, the center court games are a sight and sound to behold.
The week-long championship reaches its climax during the grand finale weekend. Over 10,000 spectators throng the Bushiri Beach stadium, creating an atmosphere so electric, it’s palpable. The world’s best beach tennis players battle it out on the sands of Aruba, with every smash, serve, and save echoing the spirit of the game.
