Celebrating Excellence, Leadership, Inspiration, Teamwork, and Execution, these awards highlight outstanding achievements in various categories.

Aisling Seberry, Multi-Property Director of Revenue Management, received the “Revenue Management Leader of the Year” award for her exceptional leadership in achieving record-breaking hotel revenues, with 2023 marking a standout year.

Carolina Voullieme, Sales & Marketing Director, was recognized as the “Premium Property Sales Leader of the Year” for her outstanding performance in driving hotel sales across weddings, groups, catering, and transient segments.

Nataly Wever, Reservations Supervisor, was awarded “Reservations Sales Leader Of The Year” for her exemplary guidance of her team through daily reservations and inquiries, overcoming numerous challenges throughout the year.

The Marketing Team, led by Carolina Voullieme and Noémi Tromp, Marketing Communications Manager, supported by Tessa Trejo, Marketing Executive, received the “Property Marketing Team Of The Year” award. This accolade reflects their year-over-year growth, particularly in Food & Beverage revenues, and their proactive approach in Food & Beverage Marketing initiatives.
