Arriving in Aruba in 1998, Father Toti quickly adapted to the local culture and mastered the Papiamento language. Over the years, he has served in various parishes, including Santa Cruz, Savaneta, and San Nicolas. Since 2007, he has been a pivotal figure at the Parish of Santa Filomena in Paradera, where he continues to preach and support the local community.
