Importance of Early Art Education and 3D Art Impact

On August 5, 2024, Unoca hosted the grand opening of the ‘Kinderkunst in 3D’ exhibition, showcasing three-dimensional artworks created by children aged 9 to 13. This event, led by Pieter Verduijn from Makerpedia, highlighted the students’ creative journey through a specialized 3D art course.

The exhibition underscores the value of early art education in fostering creativity, flexibility, and personal growth in children. 3D art, encompassing sculpture, ceramics, digital modeling, and animation, is increasingly recognized as a vital component of global art education.

This initiative promotes originality and self-confidence in young artists, reinforcing the importance of creative expression in their development. The Prime Minister praised Pieter Verduijn, Tess Monte, and the supporting organizations including the Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds, UNOCA Aruba, and Setar for their significant contributions.
