Healthcare Worker Getting Vaccinated

Influenza and COVID Vaccines Now Available for Healthcare Workers

The Public Health Department (DVG) is offering Influenza and COVID vaccines to all healthcare workers with direct patient contact. Vaccination will take place from October 14 to 18, 2024. This essential initiative ensures the safety of both healthcare professionals and the community they serve.

Why Vaccination is Crucial for Healthcare Workers

Healthcare workers are at the forefront of battling infectious diseases, making it critical for them to stay protected. The Influenza and COVID vaccines offer essential protection, reducing the risk of spreading these viruses to vulnerable patients. By getting vaccinated, healthcare professionals help curb the spread of seasonal illnesses and COVID.
