The Ministry of Tourism and Public Health has announced a significant partnership between Fundacion Artisa, led by Tito Bolivar, and the Tourism Product Enhancement Fund (TPEF) to finance the Aruba Mural Festival, a key event during Art Week from September 2 to 8, 2024. Since 2018, the ministry has supported Fundacion Artisa’s successful projects, focusing on transforming San Nicolas into the Caribbean’s art capital.

Baby Beach Renovation and Rodgers Beach Beautification

San Nicolas continues to evolve with multiple projects underway. Phase 1 and 2 of Baby Beach’s renovation have been completed, with Phase 3 set to commence soon. Additionally, efforts are being made to beautify and organize Rodgers Beach, including the renovation of its iconic stairwell. The ATA Visitor Information Center has also reopened, providing tourists with access to tours highlighting local art and murals.
