Southwest Airlines Expands Flights to Aruba

In an effort to diversify air travel to the Caribbean, Southwest Airlines is significantly increasing its flight operations to Aruba. This latest update comes straight from the Minister of Tourism and Public Health, Mr. Dangui Oduber, who expressed excitement over the airline’s expansion to the beautiful island of Aruba.

Starting June 4, 2024, Southwest will introduce five weekly flights from Baltimore (BWI) to Aruba, a considerable rise from their current weekly flight. This boosted frequency will be maintained until August 4, 2024, with a potential extension for a full year. This amplification translates to increased seating capacity from the United States to Aruba, offering a total of 572 additional seats.
