The beginner-level course, facilitated by Cynthia of B&P Interface, brought together team members from marketing, bus operations, De Palm Island, accounting, airport office, sales, At Your Service, and retail.
During the 6 weeks of the course, the focus was on enhancing supervisory skills that provided valuable insights into team management, communication, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and leadership development.
