Afternoon Tea with Florence Lesage, A True Success!
During the initial weekend of April, The Lobby at Aruba Marriott Resort partnered with the World Champion Of Sugar Arts 2022, Florence Lesage, who brought her mesmerizing skills and flavors to our intimate Afternoon Tea activation during a 3-day event. From a touch-of-pink décor to fine blue and gold china, the setup was one for the books! A list of organic loose-leaf teas was presented with highlights such as the Blueberry merlot and Bombay Chai flavors. For the beautifully presented savory and sweet “tower”, guests delighted in delicate flavors of a house-made duck breast ham finger sandwich as well as a local mushroom and truffle volau- vent. For the magic of sugar, the enticing raspberry and pistachio brioche, coconut and hazelnut religieuse, and exotic baba were highlights to a spectacular firework of flavors.
