Group of Chilean travel advisors enjoying a familiarization trip in Aruba, July 2025

Chilean Travel Advisors Experience the Aruba Effect Firsthand

From June 30 to July 4, seven top Chilean travel advisors got a true taste of paradise during a five-day familiarization trip hosted by the Aruba Tourism Authority. The visit was designed to strengthen their connection with Aruba, helping them promote the island with deeper insight and enthusiasm.

This initiative is part of the 2025 promotional strategy focused on empowering Latin American travel professionals—those who play a key role in connecting their clients to the One Happy Island.

A Customized Itinerary: Hotels, Highlights, and Hospitality

The group was based at the newly renovated TRYP by Wyndham, now a modern adults-only hotel offering comfort, convenience, and a perfect launchpad for their daily explorations.

Over the course of the trip, advisors participated in:

  • Site inspections at top resorts: Barceló, Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, Eagle Aruba, RIU Palace Antillas, Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, and Radisson Blu Aruba
  • Curated lunches and dinners that showcased each property’s service, cuisine, and atmosphere
  • A scenic island tour featuring Aruba’s most iconic natural and cultural sites
  • A catamaran cruise with Palm Pleasure Tours across the turquoise Caribbean
  • A signature fine-dining experience at Papiamento Restaurant, a must-visit culinary landmark

Each moment was curated to reflect what makes Aruba so unique: its warm hospitality, vibrant experiences, and high-quality accommodations.
