The highlight of the AGM was the introduction of the HEART method, a strategic customer service approach rooted in empathy and proactive care. Presented by HR Assistant Henry Diaz and HR Manager Sudi Guda, the HEART acronym stands for:

Recognition Through Creativity and Team Spirit
General Manager Joe Naijar took the stage to present the Happiness Award, celebrating the team’s achievement in Aruba Tourism Authority’s Happiness Day competition. A short video was screened, highlighting La Cabana’s creativity and teamwork—key drivers of their winning campaign.
Naijar emphasized the importance of collaboration and innovation in creating both guest satisfaction and a rewarding work environment.
Surprise Treat from Aruba Tourism Authority
To honor La Cabana’s victory, the Aruba Tourism Authority surprised associates with a festive treat: Poffertjes van Pofferdorie Aruba arrived in the associate parking lot, serving up freshly made Dutch mini pancakes for everyone.
With music filling the air and refreshments flowing, the parking lot transformed into a celebration zone of joy, laughter, and team pride.
