AruBIG Registration for Nurses and Psychologists Starting in 2025
The Aruban Institute of Quality (Kwaliteitsinstituut) is introducing significant changes for healthcare professionals in 2025. These updates will affect nurses, psychologists, and other related professions. With new registration requirements, it’s important for all professionals to understand the upcoming processes to remain compliant.
New Professional Registration Requirements for Nurses
On September 26, 2024, an informative session will be held for nurses, physician assistants, and clinical technologists. The session will cover the necessary documents, recognized diplomas, and the entire registration process under the AruBIG framework.
How to Register as a Nurse
To comply with the new AruBIG requirements, nurses must have recognized diplomas and meet specific criteria. The Institute of Quality will assist you in understanding these requirements. Contact your employer or professional association to ensure your registration is complete. For more information, email: qualificationinstitute@dvg.aw.
Registration for Psychologists and Allied Professionals
On September 27, 2024, a separate session will be held for psychologists, psychotherapists, remedial educationalists, and special education generalists. Like nurses, these professionals will also need to present recognized diplomas and follow a structured registration process.
Key Information for Psychologists
All psychologists are encouraged to attend the session and register with the Quality Institute. This will ensure that you are fully compliant with AruBIG regulations, which aim to maintain the highest standards in Aruba’s healthcare system. Register via kwaliteitsinstituut@dvg.aw.
Secure Your Spot for the Informative Sessions
Both events will be held at Hyatt Place, from 1 PM to 5 PM on their respective dates. Registration is required, so be sure to secure your spot early by emailing kwaliteitsinstituut@dvg.aw or ingrid.croes@dvg.aw.
