Honoring Years of Service
The Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) celebrated its dedicated employees at the ‘You Anniversary’ event in June 2024. This biannual event honors employees with 5, 10, 20, and 25 years of service. Held in North America, the celebration included a visit to the A.T.A. office in the U.S., team sessions, and a special evening event.
CEO and Directors’ Remarks
Ronella Croes, CEO of A.T.A., and Sjeidy Dijkhoff-Feliciano, Area Director of North America, expressed their gratitude to six employees for their continuous support and commitment. Honorees included Natasha Lee Soy (5 years), Ayerim Maduro Lacle (10 years), Cherrylusha Bidgood Flanegin (10 years), Dalila Santiago (20 years), Kim Riddle (25 years), and Marie Iervolino (25 years). Each was recognized for their significant contributions to the organization and Aruba’s tourism industry.
