Exciting Developments!
We are delighted to announce the completion of the wastewater collection system! This milestone is a significant step forward for our eco-friendly project, as it ensures that all water used within the project is 100% recycled.
Progress Continues…
While progress at Orquidea Residences is cause for celebration, we must also acknowledge the challenges that come with our idyllic setting. Aruba has experienced unusually high rainfall in recent months, presenting challenges in maintaining optimal working conditions. Extensive soil testing was necessary to ensure proper compaction, causing a slight delay in road construction. Nevertheless, our dedicated construction team has been working tirelessly to make up for lost time, and we are pleased to report substantial advancements in road construction, with paving set to commence next week.
Collaborating closely with Public Works, we have made enhancements to the project’s design, optimizing the locations of condominium buildings and villas for the benefit of future residents.
