New Leadership Team at The Coco Café

Boardwalk Boutique Hotel welcomes Suzanne Witters as the new Food & Beverage Manager of The Coco Café. Suzanne now oversees all operations, staff, and services at Boardwalk’s onsite bar and restaurant, which offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all-day bites. The Coco Café also hosts a poolside happy hour and two themed nights weekly. Suzanne’s journey into the Caribbean began with her internship in St. Maarten while studying Horeca Ondernemer Management in Tilburg. She moved to Aruba 11 years ago, where she has since made her home with her Aruban husband and family. Suzanne brings a wealth of F&B experience from her tenure at local restaurants like Madame Janette and Quinta del Carmen, culminating in her joining the Boardwalk team six months ago.

Assisting Suzanne in managing day-to-day operations are Charmie Pumares and Massiel (Massy) Genser, newly appointed supervisors at The Coco Café. Charmie joined The Coco Café a year ago as part of the opening team and was promoted to supervisor in April 2024. Massy brings over 15 years of hospitality experience and joined Boardwalk as a restaurant supervisor at The Coco Café three months ago.
