Promoting Aruba in Denver, Colorado
The Aruba Convention Bureau (ACB), in collaboration with the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, orchestrated a client luncheon in Denver, Colorado, as reported by Aruba Online News. The event attracted a diverse array of companies, including 21st Century Group, Prestige, American Galvanizers Association, Helmsbriscoe, The Solomon Foundation, and Event Prep. Notably, two attending clients already had existing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with Aruba properties.
The intimate luncheon provided an excellent interactive platform to showcase Aruba to prominent meeting planners in the region, fostering one-on-one connections and relationship-building opportunities. Attendees responded positively to Aruba, expressing keen interest in the destination for future events. However, a notable challenge highlighted was the absence of direct flights from the Colorado area.
Mark DiMartino and Angie Naehu from the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, representing Aruba partners, were instrumental in the luncheon’s success, contributing to the strengthening of business ties and the promotion of Aruba as a premier destination for meetings and events.
